8th Anniversary

With a rich Golden hue, bursting fruity aromas, and subtle tea notes in the finish, 8th Anniversary is nothing less than complex, but inviting! We fermented this Golden Lager and aged it in French Pinot and Sauvignon Blanc Wine Barrels, while inoculating it with Brettanomyces for a year. Our Brewers blended 8th with Tangerines to give it a slight sweetness while providing a huge fruit aroma and finished with a heavy hand of Orange Blossom Tea for herbal comfort.
