Getting lots of insider info from the staff as it's so quiet. Fairly generous third. Amber, faintest haze. Mild fruity aroma, almost a mango character, unexpectedly. Spritzy. Dry tangy flavour, dry cracker maltiness. Can this really be a wheat beer?
