Bursting with tropical fruit flavours, citrus and pine aromas and punchy up front bitterness all from a combination of classic US and NZ hops. Nelson Sauvin provide interesting spicy and fresh aroma of cut-grass, while Motueka gives passionfruit, and grapefruit. These NZ hops balance nicely with the US Simcoe which has a more stone fruit, resinous flavour, while Citra gives the classical US citrus zest. All these hops sit beautifully with a full malt bodied beer, that should be both full and drinkable.
