Enjoying the very LAST bottle of the brew from last year. Still tastes good but not as well rounded.

One of last bottles of batch. Well balanced with a hop flavor more rounded & fruity than Cascade only brews. Finish has butter/toffee tones!

I think this is at full maturity now. Good balanced hoppy flavor!

Wow, this has matured! Optimal carbonation achieved! Great bubbly dance on tongue and velvety finish! Makes good balance w the mosaic hops.

Nice head on this pour! I think this has improved somewhat and it has a nice color! The flavor seems more complex, the finish is ok.

Nice flavor, definitely drinkable, I feel like it could use a little more bottle conditioning with the cooler Fall temperatures.
