Red Hunt: Funny you say that Karl! When Godspeed opened their focus was largely Japanese-inspired lagers/flavours. (Ochame and Yuzu still popular).
Red Hunt: Their food was all Japanese inspired too. It took a couple years before they started to get into Czech beers, which they do very well now.
