Belgian Farmhouse IPA with carrot greens. Yeasty, spiced, herbal, hoppy and bitter. The Belgian Saison yeast releases phenols & a dry & spiced touch. Some malty caramel backbone. Then comes the hoppy, herbal and bitter finish. Very pleasant beer

Fresh moist earthy with peppery spiciness, light caramel notes though predominantly dry grainy, well balanced, finishing on pronounced bitterness. Very nice Farmhouse IPA with carrot greens.
