Somewhat cloudy pale gold, looks pretty sticky. Big ginger smell, sweet, some honey. Soft body, some heat arrived and lingers long, bit sticky, not thick. Taste is a bit sweet and some ginger, nothing extreme. The heat is quite interesting, chilli kick.

Digging this cuvee of apple, nutmeg, and ginger, with somewhat more ginger than the other two components. Probably my favorite of the two cuvees, with flavor depth added to the bright ginger.
