That's a pleasant saison. Not super effervescent, but it has some brightness up front and smooth oak conditioning at the back end. Only a touch sour. Not super earthy. I think it was 4 years in the bottle, and it worked out.

This bottle came out four years ago, as best we can tell. So that’s four years of conditioning lol. Flavors of white grape skins, light oak, and a funk that is almost more bio than earth. Floral aromas, with hints of medicinal fume. I dig it.
