Tabi Mugaga Coffee Porter

The intention for this porter is to always use freshly roasted coffee from Seeds Coffee @seedscoffee to meld both of our crafts together. For this iteration we highlighted naturally-processed Colombian Tabi coffee, boosted with a small amount of Kenyan Mugaga coffee and Ugandan Vanilla beans. The Colombian Tabi is a special crop from José of Café 1959 and Nico of Finca La Julia showcasing incredible red berry, raw cacao, honey and tropical fruit aromatics. To play up this wonderful coffee we layered in a small amount of Kenyan Mugaga, which has light grapefruit, and black currant flavors and a small amount of marshmallow-like Ugandan Vanilla beans to add a nice mouthfeel and to drag out the coffee finish.
