Double Cocoa is a blend of beers that had been conditioning in freshly dumped bourbon barrels for 12 months. After blending we added heaps of toasted @tchochocolate cocao nibs and gallons of @cholaca pure liquid cocao. The result is pure chocolate bliss! As soon as you open the bottle layers of chocolate hit you: milk chocolate drops, roasty cocao nibs and chocolate syrup. Quickly followed by oak and bourbon with a long semi-sweet chocolate finish.
