Trans Pacific Pale Ale

A hoppy ‘hands across the sea’ partnership using hops from New Zealand, Australia and the US.
This amber beer has plenty of sparkle and excellent clarity, but aroma is the winner here with fragrant orange zest, grapefruit, nectarine and boiled sweets (think K Bars!). The hoppiness walks hand in glove with sweet juicy malt and steamed pudding aromas. Tasting it is made memorable because you’re lured by that juicy fruitiness and then WHAM! Right in the kisser! A blast of herbaceous spruce hop bitterness. This is a beer that challenges with its first sip but rewards with a its second, giving you a dry orange and pink grapefruit finish.
Now, if only international diplomacy was so harmonious.
