Kettle Hops: Whole-Cone Centennials from Beach Family Farms - Monroe, WI
Dry Hops: Whole-Cone Cascades from Bier Blume Farms - Lena, IL

Brewed only once a year, this large ale is made with copious amounts of fresh wet hops picked right off the vine! We start with traditional English malt from Thomas Fawcett, and finish the brew with 60 lbs of wet organic Cascade whole cone hops in our hop-back vessel from Bier Blume Farms in Lena, IL. But it doesn't end there! We dry-hopped the Rowdy with another 22 lbs of pelletized organic Cascade hops from Bier Blume! Show Less
