First edition, bottled July 27, 2018. Very light, not that flavorful. No fruit or anything, not even that sour. Just lightly tart and soft from the barrel. Over carbonated, could be the age? I'd say this is just alright. Nothing wrong with it, just ok.

🇺🇸 Smooth… interesting… sourish nose. Some honey, some fruitiness, some sourness… yeast. Somewhat complex. The flavor is more sour, tart and dry… vinegar, leather and dryness. Some berry acidity too. Bottled on 9/19/18. 2nd Edition. 6.7%.
