I was a bit apprehensive to try this but I’m glad I did and by leaving it for some time it has developed a smoother finish Smokey salty amber ale nice and malty

Last bottle, nearly a year old. Settled down nicely. Now exciting sweet golden raisin & currant notes. Smokey notes are also sweeter than earlier earthy notes. Not a lot of brine now. Quite light bodied for an amber, more marzen. Exc moreish length.
