ROMANCE

Thanks to Simply Hops we have been lucky enough to be one of the first in Spain to brew with the exciting new Australian hop: Eclipse. This hop has been getting huge attention and is probably the most talked about hop release from Hop Products Australia since Galaxy. Like Galaxy it is very fruit forward but this one is big on orange. Paired with Enigma, another favourite Australian hop, this IPA is all orange, tangerine, white wine, grape and plenty of dankness. When discussing this beer with Benedikt from Simpy Hops, we both wanted this beer to be big on aroma and flavour, creamy in body yet finish with some dryness and enough bitterness to give maximum drinability.
