Hazy IPA brewed as part of a duo to show how particular hops are expressed when brewed in Hazy IPA format and in West Coast IPA format. Both beers are brewed to the same ABV but with the differences that define each style from water, ingredients, IBUs and process. The first in this series focuses on Mosaic, Amarillo and Ekuanot. All three are hops that are commonly used in both forms of IPA due to the versatile aromas that they display. Right is a hazy IPA brewed with a grist forumulated to create plenty of protiens to bind to all of those delicious hop oils to act as carriers of the juice!
