Brett Bruxellensis fermented Catalan Dry Hopped Pale Ale. This straw coloured beer takes inspiration from some of the great hoppy belgian pale ales but is fermented with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis to give it an old world feeling of funk. Dry hopped with a new citrus forward Catalonian hop variety, Lollita and a classic herbal German variety, Tettnang. A crisp pale beer with herbal, zesty lemon, overripe apricot, white wine and strong brett funk aromas. The beer drinks with a light body and a refreshing bitterness making it an ideal sipper for the Barcelona sunshine. Show Less
