Wild and floral! I’m a lavender fan, so this intrigues me. Aged in oak barrels, processed with wild yeast, and rested with French Provence Lavender. Crisp, floral, buttery, and fruity🍻 I wonder how this would taste with a touch of orange blossom honey?
