The beer's name almost scared me away. Not as sweet as I was expecting ... thankfully. A light lemon zest keeps the beer crisp & clean. 5%

Aged this one for a full year at 49*. Before it tasted like egg yolks. Now it's super tart and delicious. How it should have been! 5/26/16
