Perrault Farms is a partner of Select Botanicals Group and Hop Breeding Company, working diligently in hop research to develop new and
distinct hop varieties. The Perrault family enjoys growing new, innovative hop varieties from the
soil up.

The Citra hop is a high alpha acid hop with a strong, yet smooth floral and citrus aroma and flavor. It gives a strong hop kick while allowing a solid flavor profile to come out. Show Less
