There is a lot more bitterness here and chocolate is gone. I get more of the bourbon and dryness here. Molasses is right up front. I think the younger version might have been better but I am enjoying the barrels more in this version.

This is strange. Even though this is 1 year older than 2 year Bloody Ralphius, the smokiness & char is still there. While Bloody's was almost gone. Oh well🤷. It's bourbon vanilla chocolate & a smoky charred cherry fruity sweet boozy finish.
