Loral and Chinook BBC provide the foundations in Whirlpool for a subsequent double dry-hopping with Citra, Motueka and Mosaic. These deliver apricot as well as some citrusy hop aromatics - lime zest, lemon sherbert and citronella. Floral, light herbal notes also emerge - not roses, but a verdant hay meadow perhaps. A soft, somewhat creamy texture meets the mouth, followed by a juicy burst of zesty, grapefruity hop flavours. Finishes tantalizingly dry.
