Delicious. Super strong and sharp acidity, straight piquant, to the point that it seems almost acrid until you recognize the incredibly vibrant tangerine gem marigolds. Further notes of tangerines, tangelo, soursop, green mango, underripe lychee, tart🍍

Ale fermented with mixed culture. Aged in wine barrels for 30 months and blended back in with younger stainless bier and conditioned on tangerine gem marigolds from our garden. This will be the last iteration to have come from the Burlington warehouse.

6% farmhouse ale ferm’d w/mixed culture, aged in wine barrels for 30 months, blended back in w/younger stainless bier & conditioned on tangerine gem marigolds. The last iteration from Burlington warehouse, bottled in August 2021. Stunningly spectacular!

There’s an herbal celery note up front and some bright citrus and floral notes on the mouth, plus an almost capsicum pepper note at the end. Smooth funk.
