Shakedown IPA

An American IPA featuring Simcoe hops. Shakedown is a single hop I.P.A. with a heavy emphasis on hop aroma and flavor while keeping bitterness moderate. Simcoe hops featured have a strong forward aroma of pine and citrus (grapefruit, lemon, lime, mandarin.) These flavors are carefully blended into an unfiltered
pale, golden colored ale. Serving this beer unfiltered means more flavor, keeping the fresh hop flavors all the way to your glass.
Named after the car show and music festival held in the small Wisconsin town of Symco, called the Symco Shakedown. Show Less
