Old Timey Piney

Brewed to taste like 2015 this beer screams classic west coast ipa. On the malt side we kept things light and simple to let the hops shine through. Speaking of hops this beer features something that has almost become taboo in ipa brewing, a bittering addition. Beyond that it received a small late and whirlpool addition of Michigan Chinook and Comet. In keeping with more modern trends, and because of the sheer volume of hops, this beer was double dry hopped with some going in at high Krausen. Expect a light biscuit malt character with pine and tangerine hop notes. Show Less
