Nottalaggah

Built on a base of British Maris Otter malt and backed by various British toasted and caramel malts, this is our answer to the cooler months when you need a satisfying, yet simple beer. Fermented with our fruity house British yeast, the aromas and flavors are loaded with caramel, toast and freshly cracked sweet malts. We changed the hops over to all UK grown East Kent Goldings hops to provide the perfect balance to go with a medium-light, soft mouthfeel and a quick hit of caramel on the finish before leaving your palette completely clean. Pouring now exclusively through our side pull faucets, we aim to mimic an authentic cask pulled pour, with soft carbonation and a creamy, dense head.
