We got together with our homies from Dewey Beer Co to dream up a couple of style bending dessert sours. This one starts with an amped up base with a leveled up house ice cream treatment. We then condition that one gobs of toasted coconut before conditioning it on sweet-tart Meyer Lemon puree, creamy and tropical coconut milk and a heaping portion of cake batter and Tahitian Vanilla caviar. The ice cream/coconut milk combo creates a massively thick dessert base, balanced by the Meyer Lemon and kicked up with a cake-like finish.
