A 10% pastry stout built off of malted oats, chit malt, Maris Otter, copious specialty malts and a touch of lactose. Conditioned on local dark amber maple syrup, Saigon Cinnamon, Madagascar Vanilla Bean and whole bean coffee from our friends at Vagrant in Baltimore. A rich, sweet and full bodied stout base lends to a very maple and cinnamon forward nose and flavor. Rich vanilla provides a great tie to the maple and stout base without every being a distraction. Freshly cracked coffee aromas come throughout without ever being a distraction or too much. While the adjuncts are a little more restrained than our typical usage rates, they come together in an extremely complete breakfast stout experience with just enough sweetness to satisfy. Show Less
