A Million Miles Away

Brewed with a base of American 2 row barley, with large additions of local unmalted wheat, flaked oats and wheat malt.  Hopped in the kettle solely with Citra and Citra Incognito, both layered in at progressively lower temperatures.  Double dry hopped with a combination of Citra Cryo and Gemini hops from Great Lakes Hops.  An incredibly soft mouthfeel leads to a semi-dry, but crisp finish.   The Citra and Gemini play well, offering massive tropical aromatics, led by passion fruit and mango with lychee falling not far behind.  The Gemini lends a fun floral punch with notes of fruit cup, honeydew and a mild eucalyptus backing.   Show Less
