This dusty, decade-old bottle was surprisingly nice (if you like oxidation notes)! Sherry & molasses; basically no carb at this point.

The only thing holding it back for a higher rating is the lack of carbonation.. awesome flavors.. molasses, honey, sweet, well hidden abv

james ledbetter: So they do a "curmudgeons better half" and age it in maple barrels...that's what I'm looking for....it's awesome
