Old Toe Sucker

Old Toe Sucker, brewed in collaboration with @flopsclub and Jack McAuliffe (founder of New Albion Brewing) dives deep into craft beer history. Jack McAuliffe founded New Albion Brewing in Sonoma, CA in 1976; New Albion is recognized as one of the first post-prohibition craft breweries in the US and served as inspiration for many aspiring brewers craft beer’s infancy. New Albion was in operation until 1982 and Jack eventually made his way to NWA, where he currently resides.
Old Toe Sucker was originally brewed in the late 1970’s to celebrate the Summer Solstice with fellow brewers from Anchor Brewing in SF. For our collaboration, we used the Toe Sucker recipe and added a little twist by aging the beer in bourbon barrels. Show Less
