Lucky Fruits - Raspberry

Fruity + Sour + Raspberries!

We really like to experiment with our sours by using different fruits and combos as well as different souring methods. To keep things simple we separate our sours by their flavours as opposed to the method of souring so you might notice some slight differences as time goes by.

For this sour we blended a hefty amount of concentrated raspberry juice with our base sour beer. Juicy and sour with a big raspberry punch this beer is simultaneously mouth watering and refreshing!

Malts: American Ale, Wheat
Hops: A small addition of any fruity hop we can find
Extras: Himalayan Salt, Coriander Seeds, Raspberry Concentrate
Souring Methods: Kettle sour using Lactobacillus or fermented with a yeast that ferments and sours
