“Named for what the Irish call the public altercations that can arise between impassioned (and/or inebriated) people, Donnybrook is an ironic monicker for this low ABV beer. True to style, this Irish stout is dry, light in body, moderately bitter and full of roast & coffee character. Up-front chocolate and nutty characteristics are more indicative of Cork-region dry Irish stout of southern Ireland than to the more acrid finish of Dublin varieties; it's a session-able and uplifting patch of darkness for the end of winter. When you're surrounded by big, boozy stouts (and big, boozy people), keep an even keel and level head with Donnybrook.” -Logan Garner, Taproom Manager
