Cryptologic Pale Ale

“We got some new hops in that I wanted to try out. Mandarina Bavaria is a German hop that has an earthy noble hop like character with a little fruitiness and a hint of lemon. I blended that with Enigma, which is a Australian hop with an intense berry/stone fruit aroma and hints of the white wine grape. I also threw in a bit of tried and true Citra, just to even things out. The grain bill was pretty simple with 2-Row, Aromatic and C-15 for a little sweetness and white wheat for body and head retention. These combine to make a drinkable hoppy fruit forward Pale Ale.”
