Wow these guys make great stuff. This is a nice balance between light funk and tart with some floral and fruit notes. Peachy and smooth, little watery and easy-drinking, but has a lot of nice funky mix of flavors too throughout. Nice acidity here!

2022. Light and fruity. Fizzy and dry. Sour, sort of a vinegary quality, but not too tart. Apricot, notes of lemon. Mildly oaky, but I think the oak presents most prominently in the dry finish.
