Well THIS is a certainly funky, all-wild farmhouse entrant. The base is highly grassy and yeasty, championed by wild funk. 5/10 sourness? Spice and buckwheat notes keeping it vegetal. I would have liked more fruit. Absent that, yeast and vague sourness
