TBT: Aroma is shellfish, marionberry, cheese, currants, and grass. Flavor is sour and flinty funk: raspberry cheesecake, sour currant, and wet oak. A bit too sharp, and weird for me. Reminds me of a subtle de garde bu.

Head dissipates quickly. That color! Tart, bitter, and a little meaty. Finish is totally fruit.
