👌 perfection! Smooth, flavorful, clean, not too sweet, & the barrel hits you on that first sip but is enjoyable the whole way down. Probably the best barleywine I’ve ever had. Well done!

Vanilla, caramel, and faint rye spice up front with faint fruit notes from the cognac. Sweet but not overly so, the tannins and oak keep everything in balance. Thanks Ricky C. this was a treat.
