Flot som min blåbær sour og masser af jammyness fra de sorte (!?) hindbær, sågar en smule salinitet som komplimenterer syrligheden. Ikke voldsomt kompleks, men dog både frugt- og mælkesyre. God uden at være i top som ratingen antyder.
