Shoulda had this before the C9 as lingering sharp tart plum notes made it taste a bit washed out. Too bad as it seems rather nice otherwise.

Boysenberry is a nice subtly different tart before the barrel aged tart. Finishes smooth without a super pucker factor sour taste
