4.30. Nose is cinnamon toast crunch. Drinks cinnamon forward although the maple and bourbon show up enough to make this a bit more complex. Finished with deep notes of dark chocolate. Thanks for the this trade from way back Steve - O. !

Finishing the final of 3 desolation angels. This is an excellent imperial stout series. A very thick imperial stout, slightly bitter but well balanced cinnamon. I miss Foam brewery.

Had to pour real hard to get any carb. Nose is aggressively cinnamon and subtle soy sauce. Reminds me of the apex of Trillium’s BA dessert beers - adjuncts hitting, barrel hitting, rich, but still within range. Not showing much sign of age either.
