This is what lager should be! Rich, honeyed malt, honeycomb from the hive. Almost verging on caramel sweetness. Green, tart hop finish but very subtle. Hint of hedgerow herbs. Tiny touch of green peppercorn spice. Beautiful craftsmanship.
