Soft. Bruised apple & yellow plum flavours. Subtle but really builds on the finish. Just delicious, especially because it’s bone dry and so flavourful.

2015. Pungent acidity overcomes the nose. Taste is sour, turbid and slightly funky. Not a fan compared to other american wild ales I've had. Perhaps this one was stored wrong.
