The Constellatory Practice is a blend of saison refermented on plums and white grape pomace.

The 2021 iteration is a blend of open and oak fermented saison. The beers were refermented on organic Shiro and Howards Miracle plums from Filaree Fruit in Okanogan and organic Flavor Grenade pluots from Collins Family in Selah. These were blended with beers primary fermented on second use Muscat grapes and a blend which underwent lengthy rests on several white varietal pomaces.

This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle with raw honey from Cougar Canyon Apiary harvested in Chiliwist 09/25/2021.
