Incantation (2018)

Incantation is a blend of mixed culture beers refermented on pluots (from Collins Family) and red raspberries.

The 2018 harvest blend was created from a rye saison fermented in second use gin barrels, a spelt beer fermented in a third use gin barrel, and young wheat saison fermented in an oak tank. This blend was refermented on Collins family orchard pluots along with red raspberries from Graysmarsh farm in Sequim, Washington.

This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle. Show Less
