Czereśnie/dereń/wiśnie, pestka, funk, niska kwaśność. Nie jest to typowy kriek, w którym rządzi owoc i elo, tu wiśniowość jest stosunkowo subtelna (widać po jaśniutkiej barwie), a całość złożona i chlalna. Przezajebiste piwo i chyba nr 1 dzisiaj, szok.

Didn't mean to age this but it's held up well in cold storage. The fact that the fruit is subtle in the blend works well for aging. It's soft, fruit leathery, more tannic than tart. Some brett must, nicely balanced.
