Sadly I held onto this for too long. The chloroseptic taste started to come through. The flavor was still holding on though where it was ok to drink a glass - couldn’t get through the bottle. Bummer.

I don't know what it was like in 2017, but the wild strain's evolution at this point is outstanding. This light and refreshing gem has a touch of oak and, inexplicably for its age, fantastic blueberry flavor. Thank you so much, @FoederCrafters !
