Captive Spirits is a blend of saison fermented and aged in gin barrels.

The 2022 blend was constructed of saison fermented and aged in barrels which formerly held 'Big Gin.' This blend is largely comprised of saison brewed with spelt and saison brewed with spelt and oats.

This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle with raw honey from Cougar Canyon Apiary. Harvested in Chiliwist, Washington on 09/25/21.
