Tastes like citrus pith. Too overpowering for me to appreciate any of the other flavors. Only Floodland I’ve ever not liked, but I really dislike this.

Liking this a bit more as it warms. What a crazy beer with strong astringency. It's a masochist's favorite beer for sure

The nose is sensational--funk and ripe grapefruit. But there's a pronounced bitterness on the back end that's almost like sucking on grapefruit pith

The nose starts off herbal and woody then brightens up with grapefruit zest/pith. The blend of fruity pluots and herbal bitterness make for an intriguing combo. It finishes with a lingering lemon sourness. a bit more acidic than a typical FL. Refreshing.
