American DIPA

This American style double IPA is comprised of a pale base malt and a single specialty malt that gives it that brilliant copper color. A combination of Citra, Azacca and Idaho 7 hops were added to the kettle which reached a total of 12.5lbs. We also dry hopped this beer with an additional 9lbs of hops during and after fermentation of the same varieties used in the kettle. The result is a hop forward pale ale coming in at 8.3% ABV and 60 IBU's that is full of tropical fruit, citrus and pine hop flavors and aromas! Show Less
